How To Delete/Open blocked folders (i.e. access denied, file not found) from Windows

Having trouble with blocked files! Some files and folders cannot be opened, changed or deleted because it shows access denied or something like that! It may be a system file. Find about it by searching Google. NEVER CHANGE OR DELETE SYSTEM FILES! It can definitely harm your computer and you may have to reinstall Windows. First try changing the security options of the file/folder. You can do it by right clicking on the file and selecting Properties. Click on edit from the security tab. Click on edit and set the permissions to fully control. And try opening the files/folders now. And also check that you haven't locked the files with some software like Folder Lock or some others. If you can't still open the file maybe you can access the file from another Operating Systems if you have. You will be able to open/change/delete the file/folder.
